These limitations caused operational bottlenecks, errors, revenue loss, and hindered business scalability. CliqPack was engaged to design and implement a comprehensive digital solution that would unify and automate retail and F&B operations across multiple regions while providing real-time insights for managers and executives.

Project Scope
The project involved the design and development of Zii, a smart PoS and business management system tailored for both retail and restaurant environments. The system needed to address diverse operational workflows, support real-time analytics, and provide responsive functionality across devices. Core functionalities included:

  • PoS operations for retail and F&B outlets
  • Inventory management with automated alerts and reporting
  • Customer relationship management and loyalty tracking

  • Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and custom order routing for restaurants

Project Workflow
