Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer, (Executive/Sr. Executive)
Job Context:
CliqPack Limited is a fast-growing multinational IT company specializing in SaaS products, ERP/POS platforms, and digital transformation solutions. Our portfolio includes CliqProperty, EduInsight, CliqServe, and our creative and marketing wing, CliqPixel.
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong motion design capabilities who can independently produce high-quality static and motion visuals for digital marketing, product promotion, and corporate branding.
This role requires full ownership of design and motion deliverables across multiple products and campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Brand Communication
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital ads, banners, posters, brochures, and campaign materials.
- Create product-focused visuals, including feature posters, UI highlights, explainer slides, and promotional assets.
- Maintain strict consistency across all brand communications following established guidelines.
- Develop pitch decks, company profiles, proposals, and presentation templates.
Motion Design & Short Video Content
- Create engaging short-form motion content for social media (reels, ads, promos, product highlights).
- Design animations, transitions, and kinetic typography aligned with modern digital trends.
- Collaborate with video editors by providing motion elements and visual enhancements.
- Take full ownership of motion-based creatives for campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
Digital Content & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to translate concepts into compelling visual storytelling.
- Support campaigns, events, and product launches with timely design deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized file structures and meeting deadlines.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, ideation, and creative output.
UI/UX & Product Visual Support (Basic)
- Design basic UI components, icons, banners, and layout visuals for web and app interfaces.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure design alignment with user flows and functionality.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in motion graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, and marketing visuals.
- Experience working with SaaS or technology companies will be an advantage.
Additional Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, along with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of tools such as CapCut or Adobe Animate.
- Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva is preferred.
- Understanding of digital and performance marketing creatives.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and handle feedback constructively.
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, or Adobe Firefly is a plus.
