Job Title: Digital Marketing & Branding Lead

Job Context:

CliqPack Limited, a multinational IT company driving SaaS innovation, is seeking Digital Marketing & Branding to lead both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The position combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on digital execution, covering SaaS product marketing, brand development, and client marketing project management across both local and global markets. This role will be pivotal in driving marketing success for CliqPack’s internal platforms (such as CliqPixel, CliqProperty, Eduinsight, POS, and ERP) as well as external marketing campaigns and branding projects for clients across diverse industries and geographies

Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Digital Marketing & Branding:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing and branding strategies to increase visibility and align with CliqPack’s growth objectives across SaaS, ERP, POS, CRM, and real estate tech solutions.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity and enforce guidelines across all communications.

Integrated Campaign Execution:

  • Plan and lead multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid media) and traditional (ATL, BTL) platforms.
  • Craft compelling, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, case studies, social media, and email campaigns.

AI-Powered Marketing & Automation:

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, SurferSEO, Canva AI) for content creation, ad optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Execute and automate campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, and CRM platforms.

Marketing Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects for CliqPack platforms and client campaigns (e.g., rebranding, media buying, creative campaigns, web presence optimization).
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Client Acquisition & Marketplace Engagement

  • Support client acquisition with tailored proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Lead digital marketplace outreach (Upwork, Clutch) through profile optimization, lead hunting, and bid strategies.

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and ROI using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
  • Deliver actionable insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a growing marketing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure message alignment and successful execution.
  • Drive internal product marketing efforts to support go-to-market strategies and customer engagement

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or digital product industry.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce business models, branding strategies for online retail, and e-commerce marketing tactics (e.g., funnel optimization, product positioning, seasonal campaigns). 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead marketing campaigns from concept to execution with a measurable impact on lead generation and brand growth.
  • Solid understanding of branding, content marketing, user acquisition funnels, and B2B marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in content planning, performance tracking, and optimization across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve marketing ROI.

Additional Requirement:

  • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and automation platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Canva, and Buffer.
  • Working knowledge of project and task management tools like Trello, Asana, and Jira for planning and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for campaign tracking and performance reporting.
  • Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the aptitude to take on a challenge. Fluency in writing and speaking English is mandatory.
  • Must be a team player in a distributed team.
