Job Title: Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing
Job Context:
CliqPack Limited is a fast-growing multinational IT company with a strong presence in SaaS products, ERP/POS systems, and real estate technology. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales & Marketing Lead to support the growth of our flagship products, including CliqProperty (Real Estate Property Management Platform), and other customized digital solutions.
This role will support and drive the end-to-end sales cycle across mid-sized businesses, large enterprise clients, and government entities, while utilizing AI-powered tools for smarter prospecting, personalized outreach, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a key role in client engagement, solution pitching, team coordination, and cross-selling additional services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Support the execution of sales strategies for SaaS platforms, including property management, ERP, POS, and CRM tools.
- Conduct product demos, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs tailored to the needs of the real estate sector and other verticals.
- Collaborate with the senior sales manager to nurture leads, close deals, and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Proactively cross-sell digital transformation services and custom software solutions based on client needs.
AI-Driven Prospecting & Campaigns
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, Lemlist, Canva, and Surfer SEO to enhance prospecting, email automation, sales pitch creation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze client behavior and market trends using AI-based dashboards and CRM insights to refine targeting strategies.
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Onboard new clients efficiently and act as a point of contact for all product and service-related queries.
- Work with real estate developers, property managers, owners’ corporations, and relevant public/private stakeholders.
Sales Reporting & Team Coordination
- Maintain up-to-date sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with product launches and feature updates.
- Assist in mentoring and supervising junior sales executives, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, PropTech, or software product sales.
- Experience working with real estate software, property management platforms, or ERP modules (CRM, accounting, inventory, sales).
- Familiarity with mid to large client accounts, including public-sector or government buyers.
Additional Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of AI tools in sales and marketing (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI, CRM automation, sales enablement tools).
- Proficiency with CRM software, presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva), and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate workflows, marketplaces, and industry pain points (local and global).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
