We are looking for a Flutter Mobile App Developer to join a strategic new product initiative — an AI-powered, voice and chat-driven mobile application for property management operations. The app is the primary interface through which property managers interact with an agentic AI system: receiving notifications of workflow triggers, discussing and confirming actions via text or voice, and seeing those actions executed in the background. This is a hands-on build role. You will own the mobile application end-to-end — from UI architecture and chat/voice interface through to push notification handling, API integration, and app store deployment across iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase.

No separate UI designer is assigned to this build at the current stage. You are expected to produce clean, professional UI using Flutter’s Material Design system, with a strong instinct for usability and clarity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design and build the Flutter app architecture — state management, navigation, and modular component structure
Implement chat UI, voice input/output, and real-time interaction patterns
Integrate push notifications (FCM/APNs) for workflow trigger alerts
Consume backend REST APIs, handling authentication, error states, and offline resilience
Build and maintain Material Design UI components — clean, consistent, and user-appropriate for a professional property management context
Write unit and widget tests; take responsibility for app quality without a dedicated QA resource
Manage app store submissions and release cycles for both iOS and Android
Collaborate closely with the AI Full-Stack Engineer on API contracts and integration design
Use AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code) as part of your development workflow.

What You’ll Build:

A chat-first mobile interface where property managers interact with an AI assistant via text and voice
Voice input and output integration (speech-to-text and text-to-speech) using Flutter packages and/or native APIs
Push notification handling for workflow triggers — surfacing what’s due before the property manager has to chase it
Human confirm/decline prompts — clear, fast UI for approving or rejecting AI-drafted actions before execution
REST API integration with the backend AI/workflow engine
Clean, responsive Material Design UI — no separate designer, so your taste and judgment matter
iOS and Android builds from a single codebase — app store ready

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a closely related field from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

3+ years of Flutter development with at least one cross-platform app shipped to both iOS and Android production app stores
Strong Dart proficiency — idiomatic, readable, well-structured code
State management experience — Riverpod (preferred), Provider, or Bloc
REST API integration — dio (preferred) or http; authentication token handling, interceptors, error and loading states
Push notification integration (Firebase Cloud Messaging and/or APNs)
Flutter Material Design — building clean, professional UI without relying on a design file for every screen
Unit testing and widget testing in Flutter
App store deployment experience — Apple App Store and Google Play Store submission and release management
Git-based version control and code review
Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Additional Requirement:

Voice interface experience — speech-to-text and text-to-speech in Flutter (e.g. speech_to_text, flutter_tts packages or native platform channels)
Chat UI development — message bubbles, threading, real-time streaming responses
Experience building mobile apps that consume AI/LLM backends
WebSocket or server-sent events integration for real-time response streaming
Clean Architecture or feature-first folder structure in Flutter
Accessibility implementation in Flutter
Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) as part of daily development workflow
Real estate or property management domain knowledge
