Property Management Associate
Job Title: Property Management Associate
Job Context:
ABOUT CLIQPACK
CliqPack is the parent company behind the CliqProperty ecosystem. We build and operate the technology, teams, and delivery infrastructure that let property managers run leaner, more consistent, and more scalable operations. CliqPack’s model combines software with human-delivered service, and we are currently building out that operating capability across Australia and Bangladesh.
ABOUT CLIQPROPERTY
CliqProperty is CliqPack’s core product ecosystem: a property management operating system built for the modern agency. It spans CliqProperty OS, the core platform, alongside CliqListing, CliqInspect, and CliqHome — a connected suite covering listings, inspections, and the owner/tenant experience. CliqProperty is designed to remove the manual, repetitive work that slows property management teams down.
ABOUT CLIQMANAGE
CliqManage is CliqPack’s AI-augmented operational delivery arm. Rather than supplying staff, CliqManage acts as a long-term operating partner for property management businesses — combining offshore delivery teams, onshore account management, and CliqProperty’s automation to progressively take on more of a client’s day-to-day operational load. As automation matures, the work each team member handles shifts toward higher-value activity, which is the core of how CliqManage grows with its clients over time. This role is CliqManage’s first operational hire, standing up delivery for our first signed client.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As the founding CliqManage Associate, you will be the offshore delivery seat for our client, working closely with an onshore Account Manager in Australia. You will handle the day-to-day operational tasks across tenancy operations, maintenance operations, trust accounting support, and client communications — while helping establish the processes and standards CliqManage will scale on as we bring on more clients and team members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will work across the following service lines on behalf of our client:
Tenancy Operations
- Manage day-to-day tenant and owner communications via CliqProperty OS and the client’s property management software.
- Support lease administration: renewals, rent reviews, arrears follow-up, and condition reports.
- Coordinate scheduling and processing of routine and periodic property inspections, including report and photo documentation quality checks.
Maintenance Operations
- Log and triage maintenance requests, liaise with tradespeople, and follow up through to job completion.
- Manage owner approval workflows and keep all parties updated on job status.
Trust Accounting Support
- Provide non-financial administrative support to trust accounting processes: data entry, reconciliation prep, and record accuracy checks.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and property management systems.
Communications
- Act as a clear, professional point of contact for tenants and owners across email, phone, and portal messaging.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the onshore Account Manager with clear context.
Reporting
- Prepare regular status and activity reporting for the onshore Account Manager.
- Help identify repetitive or manual tasks suited to automation, feeding directly into CliqManage’s Stage 2/3 capacity uplift plan.
Educational Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in property management, real estate administration, or BPO/back-office support (prior Australian property management experience highly regarded).
- Very good English, both written and verbal — you’ll be the direct voice of the client to their tenants and owners.
- Comfort working structured hours aligned to Australian business hours.
- Working familiarity with property management software (e.g. PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Console Cloud) is a plus — full training provided.
- A process-driven mindset and comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage team where standards are still being built.
Additional Requirement:
- Prior experience in an offshore delivery or BPO role serving Australian, UK, or US clients.
- An understanding of AI tools and how they can support operational workflows — beneficial, not required.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
- Festival Bonuses: 2 per year
- Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
- Opportunity to work with SaaS products and client projects across different industries & Countries.
