Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (with Product Management Experience)

Job Context:

As part of our continued growth, we are hiring a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on Product Management experience and working knowledge of AI tools and technologies.

This hybrid role is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs, technical implementation, and product strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders—to deliver innovative software solutions aligned with user and business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and user expectations.
  • Conduct detailed user needs analysis, workflow analysis, and system integration studies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and maintain BPMN models (e.g., process flows, swimlane diagrams), BPDs, and prepare clear BRS, SRS, and use case documents.
  • Create comprehensive User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to guide feature development.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to create wireframes and prototypes for user validation.
  • Perform Gap Analysis and Impact Assessments to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business value and user impact.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to sprint execution.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support product decisions.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs, success metrics, and user feedback.
  • Coordinate and oversee UAT, documentation, and product releases.
  • Perform hands-on product testing and support QA processes.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Notion AI) to enhance research, automation, content generation, and documentation.
  • Recommend and implement AI-enhanced features and internal process improvements.
  • Use AI/ML platforms for data-driven insights, forecasting, and decision support.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management or similar product-centric roles.
  • Strong experience in preparing BPMN models, BRS, SRS, BPDs, use cases, analysis reports, and wireframes/prototypes.
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Figma, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Skilled in SQL, Excel for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or similar for business process modeling.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier with AI, ChatGPT).
  • Proven ability to use AI for automation, summarization, data analysis, and competitive research.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.

Additional Requirement:

  • Experience in SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise digital transformation projects.
  • Exposure to CRM, ERP, POS, Accounting, Real Estate, or Tender Management systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other analytical tools.
  • Product Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, AIPMM, Pragmatic Institute) are a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-border or offshore teams.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Knowledge of software architecture, system integrations, and database concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Awareness of AI ethics, data privacy, and responsible AI use.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
