As part of our growth strategy, Cliqpack is seeking a Digital Marketing Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for various channels, including our website, blogs, social media, and marketing materials. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in client communication, ensuring a positive and effective interaction between our company and our valued clients. With a focus on creativity, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centricity, you will lead a team of marketing professionals in crafting compelling content, optimizing digital campaigns, and enhancing our online visibility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Content & Brand Strategy:
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across multiple platforms.
- Conduct market research and identify content gaps to enhance audience engagement.
- Develop compelling content strategies that drive organic traffic, conversions, and engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality graphics, animations, and promotional materials.
- Edit and optimize visual and video content for social media, websites, and ad campaigns.
Performance Marketing & Ad Campaigns:
- Manage budgets and optimize spend across PPC, paid social, display ads, and email marketing.
- Track and analyze CPC, CPA, and ROI to maximize ad efficiency and impact.
- Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve ad performance.
- Oversee lead generation campaigns through Upwork, Fiverr, and targeted email outreach.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and programmatic advertising for lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze ad performance to improve engagement and ranking.
Business Development & Growth Strategies:
- Design and present data-driven business marketing proposals tailored to client needs.
- Identify new opportunities for audience expansion and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automation technologies.
- Develop client acquisition and retention strategies to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Create detailed marketing reports to assess performance and present insights for optimization.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
Educational Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Lead or similar role. at least 3-4 years.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, etc.
- Expertise in lead generation, sales funnel optimization, and growth hacking strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Trello).
- Fluency in writing and speaking in English is mandatory.
Additional Requirement:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Familiarity with file formats and web design principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in digital marketing is a plus.
