Job Context:
CliqPack Limited is a multinational IT company at the forefront of digital transformation across industries. As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of our flagship Real Estate Property Management platform — CliqProperty.
This platform is designed to be a one-stop, AI-powered ERP system for the real estate sector, covering CRM, accounting, billing, leasing, maintenance, and more. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in PHP (Laravel), React, and modern software architecture—particularly within ERP or real estate platforms—and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, cross-domain development experience, and solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure and scalable systems.
You will lead a development team and collaborate closely with cross-functional, international stakeholders to deliver scalable, robust, and innovative solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the full stack development and continuous enhancement of the CliqProperty platform.
- Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using PHP (Laravel) to support real estate ERP modules (CRM, accounting, lease/tenant management, maintenance, billing, reporting, etc.).
- Build rich and intuitive front-end interfaces using React, Redux, Tailwind CSS, and other modern frontend tools.
- Integrate the platform with real estate marketplaces, payment gateways, mapping tools, and third-party accounting/compliance systems.
- Champion the use of AI-powered features (e.g., automated lease processing, predictive analytics, smart chatbots) and incorporate AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity.
- Monitor performance, scalability, and security of the platform and proactively propose architectural improvements.
- Apply best practices in software engineering, including clean code principles, object-oriented design, and industry-standard patterns.
- Lead sprint planning, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality and timely software delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture evolving needs in real estate and translate them into actionable development plans.
- Drive DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Educational Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
- 6–7+ years of experience in full stack software development, with a focus on Laravel, React, and MySQL.
- Strong leadership experience managing development teams and project delivery.
- Proven experience developing ERP or Real Estate Management Systems.
- Background in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, scalable microservices, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AI development tools or AI-enhanced features is highly desirable.
Additional Requirement:
- In-depth understanding of real estate workflows, including tenant/lease lifecycle, Owners Corporations, property maintenance, billing, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in both relational (MySQL) and exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, ElasticSearch).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning mindset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
