Job Title: Executive, Sales & Marketing

Job Context:

CliqPack Limited is a fast-growing multinational IT company specializing in SaaS products, ERP/POS platforms, and digital transformation services. We are expanding our presence in the real estate technology sector with flagship products like CliqProperty. We’re looking for a smart, motivated, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in SaaS sales, real estate domain, and the use of AI tools for smart selling, content creation, and market prospecting.

The ideal candidate will support and drive lead generation, client engagement, and campaign execution using a mix of traditional and AI-driven sales strategies—targeting mid-tier businesses, large enterprises, and government clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Client Engagement

  • Deliver persuasive pitches and AI-enhanced presentations showcasing CliqPack’s SaaS solutions, including CliqProperty, ERP, and POS.
  • Conduct intelligent, data-backed product demos and needs-based discussions with clients.
  • Build strong relationships, manage pipelines, and confidently close deals.

AI-Powered Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Apollo, Lemlist, Surfer SEO, etc.) for intelligent prospecting, outreach automation, and market segmentation.
  • Research trends and opportunities in real estate technology, SaaS, and ERP/POS verticals.
  • Maintain a qualified database of leads across property managers, developers, agencies, and relevant government bodies.

Collaboration & Strategic Alignment

  • Work with product, technical, and marketing teams to ensure messaging and offers are aligned with client needs and ongoing product evolution.
  • Suggest sales tactics and enhancements based on AI-generated insights and competitor activity.
  • Support cross-selling of services including CRM modules, marketplace integrations, and analytics dashboards.

Sales Operations & AI-based Reporting

  • Track sales KPIs, pipeline status, and conversion performance using CRM platforms and AI-driven analytics dashboards.
  • Generate client proposals, reports, and follow-up emails with the help of AI writing tools.
  • Continuously improve workflows using automation platforms and prospect intelligence tools.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, real estate tech, or software solutions marketing.
  • Familiarity with AI sales and marketing tools for prospecting, writing, presentation, and outreach.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaigns.

Additional Requirement:

  • Understanding of real estate workflows, property management, or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in working with mid-tier to enterprise clients, including government and public agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and presentation platforms (e.g., Canva, Pitch).
