Job Context:

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Creative Marketing Executive. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for both marketing and graphic design work coordination. You will design engaging content for various channels, including our website, blogs, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. You will also play a crucial role in client communication, maintaining positive interactions by clarifying content needs and gathering feedback. Your contributions will be vital in strengthening client relationships and driving engagement across our digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to drive growth and engagement.
Ensure content adheres to style guidelines and maintains a cohesive brand voice across platforms.
Engage with clients to clarify content needs, revise based on feedback, and provide updates.
Research relevant topics to create informed, engaging content.
Identify content gaps, recommend new topics, and optimize posts for maximum engagement and impact.
Initiate promotions and generate leads via targeted email outreach and platforms like Upwork/Fiverr.
Collaborate with teams to create concepts for graphics, animations, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Edit video content, design graphics, and produce optimized visual assets for social media and websites.
Organize design files for production, manage multiple tasks, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

Technical Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Basic experience with motion graphics and video editing.
Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Familiarity with file formats and web design principles.
Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Trello).
A portfolio showcasing relevant work in graphics and animation.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
