Job Context:
CliqPack Limited is a fast-growing multinational IT company driving digital transformation through cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions. We are seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing product engineering team in building a modern, scalable ERP/POS platform. The system will leverage platforms like Odoo, ERPNext, or custom microservices-based stacks, integrated with cloud and AI-powered components.
The ideal candidate will have strong development experience with Python (Django/Odoo/Frappe), JavaScript (React/Vue/Next), a good understanding of ERP/POS systems, and an eagerness to work with AI tools and modern integration patterns.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of ERP/POS modules.
- Collaborate on customization of platforms such as Odoo, ERPNext, or Django-based ERP systems.
- Write & Develop clean, maintainable code using Python and JavaScript frameworks (React/Vue/Next).
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and connect third-party services and platforms.
- Use AI-assisted programming tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine) to enhance code quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established software engineering best practices.
- Support testing, bug fixing, and performance tuning of deployed applications.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in a software development environment, with hands-on experience in deve3–5 years of experience in full stack web development.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as Django, Odoo, or Frappe.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Next).
- Exposure to ERP systems such as: Odoo, ERPNext, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or similar.
- Experience with POS platforms like: Square, Shopify POS, Lightspeed, or custom POS implementations.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MariaDB, or similar relational databases.
- Basic understanding of microservices, API development, and integration techniques.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker is a plus.
- Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub Actions), and Agile tools.
Additional Requirement:
- Understanding of ERP modules such as Inventory, Accounting, Sales, POS.
- Experience with RESTful API design, integration, and debugging.
- Interest in AI tools and potential to contribute to AI-powered feature development.
- Exposure to software testing tools and frameworks such as PyTest or Selenium.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
