As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in PHP (Laravel) and React with experience. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, utilizing your expertise in Laravel, React, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences and writing clean and efficient code, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles and software.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the global team, producing project work plans and analyzing the efficiency and feasibility of project operations while leveraging the global technology stack and making localized improvements.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, secure, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate machine learning APIs into the platform (no prior ML experience required).
- Collaborate with data engineers and ML experts to utilize pre-built ML models effectively.
- Build and optimize database structures to handle high volumes of data.
- Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the stack.
Educational Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in a software development environment with experience in developing web applications using Laravel, React, and MySQL.
- Expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable back-end systems to handle data processing, API integrations, business logic.
- Familiarity with database design and optimization (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Experience with front-end libraries like Redux.
- Basic understanding of integrating third-party services or APIs.
Additional Requirement:
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, and Scrum.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience working with Gitlab, and GitHub.
- Knowledge of Python and related frameworks like Django is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for continuous learning, staying updated with emerging technologies and contributing to a culture of innovation.
- Must be able to work within the deadline.
- Strong technical and business communication skills. Fluency in writing and speaking in English is preferred.
