Job Title: Executive, Sales & Marketing

Job Context:

As part of our growth strategy, CliqPack is looking for a motivated Executive in Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving sales and marketing efforts for our property software, aimed at Real Estate professionals and businesses as well as Zii Software support. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Market Research and Data Collection:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and maintain a database of potential clients, including real estate agencies, brokers, and developers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate market.

Sales Generation:

  • Actively participate in sales activities alongside the team to contribute to overall targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Explore new avenues for sales growth and expansion.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with real estate businesses.

Sales Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate on strategizing and implementing effective sales initiatives.
  • Provide valuable insights to the team based on market research and customer feedback.

Sales Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Monitor sales activities and performance metrics for the CliqProperty software & Zii.
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on progress and areas for improvement.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical Background

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in sales and client relationship management, preferably in the real estate industry & software service.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Strong understanding of software functionality.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Weekly two holidays: Friday & Saturday.
  • Other facilities as per company policies.
