As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for both Digital marketing and graphic design coordination. You will create engaging content for various channels, including our website, blogs, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with the design team to develop compelling graphics and animations that enhance our marketing efforts. You will also play a crucial role in client communication, maintaining positive interactions by clarifying content needs and gathering feedback. Your contributions will be vital in strengthening client relationships and driving engagement across our digital platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to continuously improve ROI and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Expertise in the lead-generation process and client-hunting strategies.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing technologies and tools, and implement best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Educational Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
- Candidates with relevant experience (minimum 2-3 years) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and project requirements.
- Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Familiarity with file formats and web design principles.
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, and the aptitude to take on a challenge.
- Fluency in writing and speaking in English is mandatory.
Additional Requirement:
- Basic experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Trello).
